Course enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not save a registration to our website database. Your name, country, and selected course are shared with Sajjad when you send the message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp also handles your information under its own privacy settings and terms.
Course registration
When invited to register, you can submit your name, student photo, date of birth, nationality, education, email, phone number, country, city, optional CNIC number, optional parent/guardian and emergency contact details, previous German level, learning goal and optional notes. Your photo and any CNIC number you provide form part of your private student record and are not displayed publicly. These details are stored in Firebase for Sajjad to administer your course registration and contact you. Only the authorised registration administrator can view submissions. Registration does not reserve a seat or collect payment. Contact Sajjad if you need your registration details corrected or deleted.
Accounts and practice tools
If you create an account, the website uses Firebase to manage sign-in and store profile details such as your email, phone number, country, and sign-in timestamps. The authorised administrator can view these profiles to manage website accounts. Creating an account does not register you for a course. Text and any recordings you submit to AI practice features may be sent to the services that process those features. Please keep private or sensitive information out of practice submissions.
Website analytics and external services
The website includes Google Analytics to understand visits and use of pages, successful contact-form submissions, and clicks on WhatsApp links. These enquiry events do not include your name, email address, or message text. A WhatsApp click does not confirm that a message was sent. Fonts, student videos, learning resources, and links to social platforms can involve external providers. Those providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address, when their content loads or you open their services.
